Orders will be processed and delivered within 28 days. Delivery will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel Force, courier or Royal Mail standard parcel service. Items under £12.00 will be sent by Royal Mail recorded and signed for. If no one is available to sign for/receive the item a 'While You Were Out' card will be left. The item will then be held at the recipient's local delivery office for 3 weeks. The delivery cost for orders under £12.00 is £4.00. For orders over £12.00 in value the delivery cost is £8.00.
